These terms apply to the use of this website and to enquiries and orders placed with Eucal IT Solutions (“EIS”). Please read them alongside our Returns & Warranty policy.

About this website

This site provides information about our services and an enquiry-based catalogue of equipment we can supply. Product previews and category listings are for guidance — they are not a binding offer or a live price list. Availability and specifications can change.

Quotes, prices and orders

Because we order on request, prices and lead times are confirmed at the time of enquiry in a written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
Prices are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery.
An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing. For new and walk-in customers, payment may be required before goods are ordered or released.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide or arrange collection. Estimated lead times are given in good faith and depend on the item and our suppliers; we will keep you informed of any change.

Our liability

We stand behind the products we supply and the work we do. To the extent permitted by law, EIS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Botswana law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana.
