This is an enquiry-based website — we don’t take payments or run customer accounts here. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us:

Enquiry details — when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form, we receive your name, the contact channel you used, the category you selected and the message you send.
Basic website analytics — if enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote, product or service.
To keep a record of our dealings with you as a customer or prospective customer.
To improve this website and our service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Your enquiry travels through the channel you choose — WhatsApp (operated by Meta) or email — and is subject to that provider’s own terms. Where analytics is enabled, aggregated usage data is processed by Google. We may share information with suppliers only where necessary to fulfil an order you have placed with us.

If analytics is enabled, this site may set analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your choices
